Hi Boattooner, Welcome to the forum. We will try and help but we need more info. What motor and model do you have on the boat? What are your WOT rpms? Are you checking your mph with GPS? Do you have the full ESP package? It does sound like your boat is not set up properly but without more info we can only guess at the problem. As someone else said you may have a shot shaft motor on a 25" transom. Oh and by the way where in KS do you live?
