How do I get standard upholstery with blackout package?

On our build we are putting together when we select the blackout package it says that pillow top upholstery is required. I've had my local dealer call his rep and the bennington rep confirmed that is correct. I know there is a way to do it as we keep finding new boats online with standard upholstery and the blackout package, can anyone answer this? This is on a R series and a Q series we are looking at.

My original build of an R Blackout, my dealer just noted it on my quote "deleted". He said it could be done by the dealer, but not on Build a Boat.
