The steering wheel spokes on my 2015 2275 GCW are interfering with my vision to my GPS/depth finder mounted in the lower helm panel while moving in a straight line. I have the Sea Star steering setup. Is there a way to reposition the steering wheel so that the spokes are in a different position?

Thanks.

I think if you pop off the center cap you will find a retaining nut, loosen the nut, but don't take it all the way off, pull on the wheel to see if it comes up.

If it comes loose, then take the nut off and reposition the wheel, if it does not come loose, you will have to determine what type of puller will be required to pull it off

You may also have a "circle" of hex head screws aroung the center of the wheel. If so, try removing those first.

Typically the shaft has a keyway that the wheel locks into. i don't think you can just "move" it. You might have to go with the "hex screw" route.
