I'm Going In.....

Mine came with two additional years at no cost for a total of five years and a sixth for $200.00.
 
The two year additional warranty was scheduled to end on Friday, March 31, 2017.  I'm sure something will appear this week.  Surprised your dealer did not mention it as it was funded by Yamaha.  I would ask him, they may have applied for it when you ordered your Bennington.
 
Keep in mind that with these promos, the dealer can usually offer the two years extra warranty, or take a manufacturer rebate!  It may be that your dealer took the rebate instead of telling you about the extension. If you have the serial number from your motor you could check with Yamaha, but maybe they just haven't done it yet.
 
I think this was a Yamaha promotion, not Bennington.  So I'm guessing they did not have the option to convert it to something else.  Yammies way of getting their motors hung on the back:)

That's exactly it. Yamaha gives a rebate to the dealer for it. I will have to look back and see if I still have the email from Yamaha about it. I'm just not sure if they told me that when I called them or emailed them. It was on my second boat. Crap, or am I getting mixed up that the "free extra two year" warranty actually costs the dealer. I do know that it had nothing to do with Bennington.

Good morning: Do you have a copy of your bill of sale? There was the choice of an instant rebate at the time or the YPP and our files indicate your dealership claimed for the instant rebate. Please review this with your salesperson when you have a moment. Regards, Scott

I will add that my dealer didn't try to sneak one by me, he had priced it based on the rebate deduction,  maybe your dealer did the same, but a quick message to Yamaha and you will find out.

This is the best forum everyone is so genuine and supportive.   I heard  from the dealer today with an apology and a 3+2 confirmation On the Yamaha warranty 
 
Just spoke to the sales manager at my dealership.  The dreaded furniture delay has hit home.  Ordered on 3/31/17 and now it looks like mid June for arrival and maybe a week later for delivery.  I'm cool with it as I knew it was coming, but it is what it is.  I'll still have it for most of the summer.

Hopefully you have some friends with boats so you can still get out on the water
