Is there a taller pole for the seat?

Its a safety feature , designed to be lower than the side panels .

There are numerous after market systems that can raise and lower the seat. The key is to find one with the same base so that you can just swap out the key parts.
For example:

My 2919 GSR had taller seat poles versus my 2024 SXSB. Wife couldn’t put her heals on the floor in GSR co-Captain seat. She likes the SXSB much better. A seat that raises or lowers a few inches can make a big difference in comfort.

Measure you base plate mounting pattern to the seat and look into a captains chair that has a flip up bolster seat. I love this feature on my new boat. Can use it as a regular height seat and then flip it up to get some better visibility as I'm coming into the dock or anchoring amongst a group of boats.

This is just an example

You'll have to find one that matches your color interior

But as others have said, put a cushion on top of your current seat or get an extended seat pole

Check the Springfield catalog, plenty of options and they should match OEM bolt pattern.
Andremike, welcome to the forum! This is good advice if you are certain you want to replace your seat pole with a taller one or adjustable one. They will match the OEM bolt pattern, so you can select the seat you want. No one else can really give you a specific option as what fits them might not work for you…kinda like your current seat. For some it’s perfect. For some too tall. For many too short.

I’ll include a specific option that likely meets your needs. A couple others went with it in the past and liked it. Telescoping Springfield. Matches bolt pattern. Etc, etc… However, you can find more options in different price ranges per the Springfield catalog as Poto recommended.

So the Springfield in the Amazon link below fits your floor bolt pattern. It should also fit your seat bolt pattern unless something has changed I am unaware of. It telescopes and has great reviews.
