That boat has a transom, not a full third/center toon. That is the gas tank for a boat with a transom. Should only have that on two toons or express package boats. SPS package would have the gas tank in the third toon, unlike the picture.I’m looking for the black thing the cables are laying on. My cables are sheathed just laying in the water back there.
Out of the water wellWater in the splash well is normal. Are you trying to keep water out of it?? Or suspend the fuel line and engine harness up and out of the splash well?
I don't have any pictures but on my cousins boat, he had the same issue with his cables setting in the water in the well and he didn't like that. I had grabbed some of these offset zip ties from work that held up the wiring bundle above the water and drilled a 1/4" hole in the port side transom side well and at the front transom well plate to the left of where your warning sticker is and sealed the holes with 3M 5200 marine sealer (see red circles on approx. where the holes were drilled. It worked well. Just have to play with the correct height to keep the cables above the waterOut of the water well

You can buy them at the following website.
Sadly they require a 500 MOQ and its $76 bucks for 500. If you think this is something that might work for you or you want to try it, I could have one of my wiring plants send me a 5 or so samples and send to you at no cost. Just might take a couple weeks to get them from Mexico.
Hope this helps
