Kicker c10 radio

have power to the radio , when turning the radio on it goes directly to the source selections , It will not allow me to select any of the selections . Any suggestions thanks

Is it actually a Kicker KMC10? I just replaced mine this week, 1 year old because the buttons along the bottom quit working. Covered under warranty.
