Kicker KMC-45 vs Rockford Fosgate PMX-2

Hello, I'm is the process of ordering a 25LFB and was looking for your opinions on whether it's worth upgrading
the standard Kicker KMC-45 to the Rockford Fosgate PMX-2? Any experiences either way?
 
I have the PMX 3 ( Siriuis -XM ) , with the Kicker Sub and amp , no issues at all .
 
We had the kicker full system in our 23 RSB what we sold (to someone else on this forum) last year. It was a great system. On the new boat (22Q) we got the Rockford system. Both systems are great, but we do like the Rockford a little better. It's clearer when running at higher levels and doesn't distort at the same levels the kicker did. To us it just sounds better.
