Kicker Speakers under warranty

Dealer said was able to get cracked speakers replaced under warranty but could take 3 to 6 weeks to receive them. Is that common on most parts being replaced under warranty. Thanks
 
It depends on the part . Parts that are not manufactured by Bennington need to be ordered from the supplier. I had a bad starboard bow door on my Q. The fiber glass had to be ordered from the supplier then shipped to Bennington for paint then finally shipped to my dealer.
 
In the boating world, I almost consider that relatively fast. If you were doing this in the summer, you could be much longer. I had 12-18 week waits on a few big warranty items a few years ago AND then the wrong items were sent TWICE for my model year boat.

The entire process dragged out over an 11 month period. o_O
