Kicker stereo froze

Stereo was working fine then all of a sudden it “resets” and no buttons work. It’s stuck on some static-y fm radio station. Only thing that works is volume.

Will just keep randomly restarting over and over. Next day it worked for 5 mins and did the same thing.

MASTER RESET
To perform the master reset and restore all settings/ functions on the KMC10 back to
their factory defaults, please do the following:
Press and hold the Play/Pause
button for 5 seconds.
