As I have posted previously here, I have a custom Q27x2 on order with Bennington. I was trying to make a factory visit to see it while under production but everything came up and happened so quick I just couldn’t go. So wasn’t I surprised when I got call from Gary at the Bennington factory wanting to do a FaceTime call with me while giving me a personal tour of my boat at an almost completed stage! He spent about 1/2 hour on the phone with me showing me everything on the boat! I was thrilled and feel this was great customer service that shouldn’t go unnoticed!
