Layback seat section removal

I could use some help on the technique to remove the lay-back section of the couch. This is the unit that is right in front of the console. It has a panel with a net pocket. I have removed the screws from the adjoining couch section and the screw from the railing. It seems to be screwed to the floor still, but there is no access. Is there a way that the net panel is removed? Is the panel on slides that you can pull it up or on Clips that you can pop it out? I can pull the cupholder out, but cannot see how that gives me enough access to do anything.

On my boat this section is attached to the console with screws. I had to crawl into the console to remove them.
