Leak in the center pontoon

After a great weekend on the water, I happened to notice a drip coming from the bow of the center pontoon--it appears to have been going on for some time (see the photo), but I just never noticed it. Could be a small crack in a weld. Either way, I positioned the boat bow down so it drains out, but am looking for suggestions on how to reseal it. I've owned the boat for three years and did ont het anything, as far as I know. Any ideas as to the best fix?

If you didnt hit anything and you are the original owner ,it should be covered und the Structural Warranty.

I'm not the original owner unfortunately,,,the boat was well cared for, however (actually came from Michigan!).

Did you transfer the remainder of the warranty when you purchased it ?
