My Transom light went out. I ordered these on Amazon $15 for 4 of them. Wow way brighter then Stock!!! Can be seen even in Daylight.

My Transom light Mast was very long, it was Bushwackin & smacking trees to the point when I came home the other day the transom light was gone!!!! 
I chopped down the mast and installed a new light cover. The new mast is only 12inch long now.

MrG Is the LED installed in your photos or does the white bulb replace the stock Transom light? Thanks!

Not sure if I understand your question.
All you need is a Bulb. The style is called Bayonette: this is the kind of bulb that slides or pushes into the electrical socket. You will find the part number for a replacement bulb on the underside of your Transom light cover (or you can just order from the link above) The “light cover” is the black with clear Lense cover that unscrews and exposes the bulb. I bought a new light cover cause I guess I didn’t screw the Orignal one down all the way and discovered it was gone. I also took the liberty at cutting down my transom light down to only 12inches total length. It’s plenty tall enough to be seen 360
