Light to hang in the water over the side

Anyone know of a light to plug into the 12 V plug and hang over the side into the water? I thought if might be fun to see what was going on there at night.

Under water lights for fishing are illegal here in ND. If you don't have a line in the water or intent to fish they would be fine.
