Agree I have it on my boat too and it’s so much easier than the old ladder on my old boat. I can see the strap wearing out. I usually have to reach down into the water to pull it up and it’s heavy. So just a quick update. A few weeks ago one for the screws on my ladder holding the strap came undone and fell out. I found some hardware that fit and Loctite it back together. Well I didn't realize I was missing a washer and the next time I used the ladder I managed to break the strap. I ended up calling Cory from lillipad and he sent me out free of charge the strap, screws and washer to replace it free of charge. Wouldn't even let me pay shipping. I know some people are learly because the ladder wasn't made in the USA but this guy stands behind his products! Everyone I boated with last week on my week long trip to Lake Winnipesaukee that tried my ladder loved it. If you're on the fence about the money its worth every penny
