I have to admit that I had no idea what a ottoman cooler was

I educated myself and see that Bennington makes one.

I have one that we don’t use, but it is not grey Simtex. It is probably vinyl.

It is drastically different in color and texture. Looks like this (not the actual one as it is at our cabin, but this is very close).

Yes. Matched my old interior although not an exact fit. New pontoon has different interior and it doesn’t come close. Picture below is old interior. I don’t think it would look good with your interior.
