Looking for what these are called

Anyone know what these are specifically called? Rubber bumper at under helm door.
The post is so skinny they break off easy.
Other one snapped off just rubbing against it.

My dealer is not happy with me. I slammed them on the Honda survey pretty hard.
If they don’t get the engine issue going (just think Honda doesn’t make a quality motor anymore. Stay with Yamaha or Suzuki), I’m going to slam them again on the Bennington survey as well.
May have to go an hour away to next closest dealer to get these.
Design was not thought out.
