Looking for drawings and specs on how and what is needed to convert my existing rail system from a v hull to a tri toon. Any suggestions?

I will be looking to do the same, maybe this year. Not sure if the best way to go for us is the V-boards or the metal cradles. The choice may be more dependent on where you are and what type of lift is used. We are on a freshwater lake with a floating dock and a HydroHoist 6600 lift.

I am on Lake Ontario with a track/rail system. My biggest concern is the "bouncing" of the toon on and off the bunks when launching or retrieving when the lake is not calm. I am hearing that the composite material is the best for the bunk material.

There is a lot of discussion on what is the best interface between boat and the more common boat lift. Search on upper right hand corner. Detailed drawings and specs might not come from this forum. There is only a couple of manufacturers in the land of 10,000 lakes and they might not give up their proprietary information. Perhaps your lift manufacturer could rework your carriage.
