So as we're looking at boats and planning our order we find out a dealer near us has this boat left over and for the price it's got our attention. I don't know how much markup there typically is on these boats but I know I haven't found anything close to this price. Here's the specs tell me what you think about it, any pro's and cons to purchasing it? I can buy the boat for $53,900 with a tandem axle trailer. Is that a good deal on a new 2015?

Boat has been indoors since it was taken out of the shrinkwrap so it looks perfect.

Yup, it looks like a pretty good deal to me. However, like most things, it's only a deal if you need/like/want it. If your just "settling" due to the price, I'd advise you to spend more (within your budget) to get what you really want. Just my two cents...

Nice boat. I would think there is still some wiggle room especially since the 2017's are out. Might be worth a shot to go in a little aggressive. Doesn't hurt to try.

It's not exactly what we would like but it has everything we need. I think we've ruled it out but it's sure a good buy for someone.

I was wondering about the wiggle room, I'm thinking it could be had for close to $50k

ask the dealer for the build sheet.  It will show list price.  The % of discount will tell if it is a great deal.

Nice ! Where is the dealer at? Just in case someone else might be interested ? If you don't pull the trigger.

It's at Mark Miller Marine in Glasgow KY. We've decided that we are going to order what we want because this is a one time purchase that we want to be completely happy with for the price.

Said so many of us .......   Then you get the infection known as PADS.

If you order a GCW make sure to verify if you want the "Stern Longe Upgrade" which that boat has, but is not shown in the 2017 catalog options. It's the padded area around the rear longer seat and extra speakers.

Understand the safety issue but haven't made up my mind if I look the stern enclosed or open for a looks standpoint.  Think I would need to see both in person to make a final decision

I'm 6'5" so I worry the stern lounge upgrade would cramp my style...literally.

You could just curl up in the fetal position lakeliving

It's padded on top too, so you can rest the back of your knees.

Mark, the "new" GCW is still enclosed panel. It's no longer open like those older models. Part of the reason I got the upgrade is so I can't accidentally kick the panel and dent it. I preferred the open look but dealer said the sales rep. said they don't have that open style any longer.

This boat will make someone a nice ride at a good price. You can view it at markmillermarine.com
