Hello all! We just purchased a brand new 24MSB with a carbon fiber tower. It’s beautiful, Black/Grey, and since I’m a BBQ restaurant guy, I came up with the perfect boat name: “Smoke-Show”
I’m actually not crazy about the tower. I would have preferred to have just a regular electric bimini instead… It was a Smokin’ deal, and since it is collapsible, I decided to jump on the deal.
We plan to dry-stack store it at a very reputable marina, and they have assured me it won’t be an issue with the tower folded down….
My first question for those of you with experience:
How bothersome is folding the arch down/up for every low bridge and for storage?
I’ve seen it done, and even done it on the showroom, (we take delivery later this week). It’s pretty straight forward and only takes a few minutes, but in practical application how annoying is it?
Any other tips and advice about the model, boating in general, and Bennington tips and tricks is greatly appreciated… we are new to the lake life. Thanks in advance for pointers!
