Plug for metal hole/base for Table Top?

We do not always have our table installed. When it is not installed, water and debris gets stuck in the metal base for the pole. Is there some sort of plug to buy to temporarily seal it? Thank you.

Some have used a spray paint can top. But yours looks like a smaller diameter.

I used these - you should verify diameter obviously.

The down side is these sit down in the hole as opposed to covering it, so while it protects from TOO MUCH debris getting in there, some still sits in there. As we go WOT the debris often times blows out.

You could also try to use a rubber ball that fits (racquetball?) or foam like those large Nerf round bullets kids shoot.
