Plug to disable Horn?

I know the ability to sound a horn is required to overtake or to alert others in foggy weather, but my 3 year grandson has found the red button and loves to hear the horn. Any ideas on how to temporarily disable a Bennington rocker switch?

I don't think that disabling a safety feature is ever a good idea.

My young son only had to mess with it once before finding out the hard way not to touch it anymore. I know he's your grandson but school of hard knocks usually is very effective!
