I bought a 2015 2575QCW I/O 300hp last year from Texas. My first pontoon by the way. I have had wakeboard and surf boats the last 20 years.
It has F4 props on the Volvo duoprop currently. Our lake is Lake Powell at 3650' of elevation. The rpm will only get to 3000 rpm but it pulls good up to then I feel. No check engine light.
Before I reach out to a dealer do you all think its a prop issue or engine issue? Would rather get real world opinions from you experts rather than a sales pitch.

Does it always do this low RPM? If not, look and see if the motor pod is full of water? I ran into that with our old 2015 2575 QCW I/O 380 hp volvo penta with DPS.

I looked at that and didn’t see any. I also looked in the forward center storage pod as well.

Yes always the same rpm. Have only had it out twice. Even had 12 people on it, same rpm.

It's the elevation. I live in Portland at sea level and on my Yamaha 150 with a 3 blade SS it get 6100. When we go to Priest Lake in northern Idaho it gets only 5300 RPM max, elevation is 2500 ft. Take it to you local dealer and have them recalibrate.

I definitely agree elevation has alot to do with it.
Anyone on here have a similar equipped model? What props do you have on yours and what elevation do you run?

Power loss should be more like 3%/1000' Or, in your case, maybe 10-12%. Your low RPM indicates a larger loss. Are you confident the tach is correct? What speed are you getting (GPS would be best). Do you see any black residue in the exhaust?

Could be you need some new spark plugs and fresh gas? Another thought, you may have a fuel pump problem.

BTW: Do you have the Gen V engine...meaning it would have closed cooling and direct fuel injection (among other things)? Although now that I think about it, your stated hp may be too low for that. What displacement do your have? The same RPM loaded or not can be a characteristic of an electronically limited power package.

Happy hunting.
