Prop for a Yamaha T50LB on an 18 SF.

I have a Bennington 18 SF with a Yamaha T50LB motor. Looking to buy a spare prop. Anyone have experience of a good size to use? I assume it's a 15 spline. Never used a 4 blade. Are the numbers the same as a 3? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What is your current prop? Not Bennington but a couple of 21 footers from Yamahas performance bulletins with a 50hp Yamaha that might get you a baseline. From my experience 4 blades will get you hole shot and better cruise mph / fuel economy but you may suffer some top end speed loss.
