Did you flash your SHO to make it 300HP? Yamaha doesn't make a 300 SHO. I'm guessing it is going to be about a 17 pitch. Either the Yamaha Saltwater ll or a Mercury Enertia prop.

What do you define as "best"?
Scott1 nailed it as far as best overall (IMO). I run a Yamaha that's over 300HP and my 17 Enertia is perfect for it, can get 6000 RPM and excellent top speed with decent fuel efficiency and hole shot.
But your SWS2 prop is better than an Enertia for efficiency and hole shot based on my testing. If you want flat out low end for towing tubes etc. a 4 blade prop like a Merc Rev 4 might be the ticket.
