What prop do you all recommend for a 20’ Bennington with lifting strakes, I have Merc 90 hp 4 stroke, currently goes about 25 mph with 2 adults. I’m not sure what the pitch is.

Welcome to the forum. You'll like it here.

To answer the question, need more info. Maybe, starting with what is your objective for the new prop? The weight of your pontoon (aka trim level, tube configuration) is a player as well as current WOT RPM and specs on current prop. Without all of that, you would likely just be throwing money into disappointment (unless your objectives are rather generic).

Who knows? The prop you have may be doing a pretty good job....

I previously had a 23ft SLX with a 90 , and a wave shield .With a 4 blade spitfire prop ( I don't recall the size) I hit 29 , full tank ,2 adults and clean toons

Search the post "List Your Specs Here" - you probably can find a similar setup with some info.

I have a 2021 20' with a Yamaha 90 and I am running a 13 1/2" x12 with 2 persons on board.

Another shout out for Ken at Propgods. The hub on my prop was slipping, causing loss of power to the water (big loss in acceleration and top speed).
I told him which boat I have, engine, and options (lifting strakes, etc), and that I wanted to go stainless steel.

He made a recommendation, and it is right on! My acceleration and top speed are both a little better than they were with the stock Yamaha aluminum prop.

The other great thing with using him is that if the prop had not been the perfect prop, for $40, he would have exchanged it for a different one. I have not found anyone else who will exchange a prop once it has been on the boat.
