Bennington does not sell directly to the public ,parts have to purchased at a Bennington dealer .

What is your problem? We can't help if we don't know the issue. If your issue is that purchasing from Bennington is the only way to purchase ,that's the way it is .

Overall I have had a good experience purchasing from my Bennington dealer. Are the prices Amazon cheap? No. Bennington is not a cheap option. Some of the part prices are crazy and they have lost some sales, but that is the way it is.
