So the prop you were running and only getting 5200 was a 4 blade?

Yes - I’m going to get all the specs of what I had and post it. It was a 4 blade by Solas

The issue may fuel related. That engine may have an electric suction pump, if so, there is little need for a check valve in the fuel tank pickup tube. New fuel hoses are known to have restrictions, as well as filters.
