I previously had an arch it had to be unbolted to lower it . If it's an electric arch ,check your fuses and breakers. If that doest work it should be covered under warranty.
I had the same problem. I traced it back to a very loose cable connection at the battery block. I cleaned it up and tightened the connection. problem solved.
