'R' Trailer Recommendations ? For Sale?

Help!?  Looking for trailer recommendations- 'R' Series 2575 Tri-Toon.  Hauling in/out during summer less than mile to ramp and also two 300 mile round trips/year.  Thoughts?  Any used for sale?

Depends on what area of the country, as many trailer manufacturers are local/regional.


I have one from a Mid-America dealer in Elkhart and am very happy with it.

I also did Mid America but upgraded to 14" tires and wheels.  Gained 600 pounds of towing capacity by doing so.  I did this in case we ended up with a heavier boat with a 350 hanging on it...did I say Q.  Oops!  Did not want to have to buy another trailer and it gave me some addition wiggle room for loads.

I'm in Central Wisconsin and ordered a Trophy trailer.  This is the trailer manufacturer that the dealers carry as their high end up this way.  Around $2200 for dual scissor trailer.

Ended up w/Yacht Club.......6500# capacity- bit overkill but robust.

I have a Yacht Club.  It's a tandem with disc brakes.  Seems just right.
