I am about to install my new garmin 431s and need to remove my existing Echo100. Thanks for the quick realease connections Bennington! Really helps. Problem I am having is removing the Echo unit I undid wing nuts which hold the unit in place but it will not budge. I have Tryed pulling on it but do not want to pull too hard and damage fiberglass helm. Is it possible it's also glued in place? Anyone else run into this? Please help.

Thanks

Pat

Mine wasn't glued. Take a screwdriver handle and push on the studs that the wingnuts were on.
