Rockford Fosgate Amp

2012 Bennington R2550 Installed Rockford Fosgate Amp and sub-woofer, has Sony CDX-M60 Source unit. Radio plays perfectly. When I plug in Ipod via USB or front input I lose remote signal to amp. Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated.

I want to be sure i understand the issue here, when you plug in your ipod your amp shuts down?

Does the iPod settings have a setup for equalizer that may affect sub, OR, does radio have setting to default to sub off when input is not the radio ?

Yes amp shuts off.

I think semper is on to something, read the owners manual for both devices. Sony has a good support website as well.

Sometimes there are too many options on stuff, drives me crazy!
