What I did was buy a couple of stainless rocket launchers style from bass pro shop and mounted them on the smaller side bar on ski tow bar. I have a 24SSRX.
I went to basspro and bought the rapala wall mount rod holders $7. I used 2 stainless steel hose clamps and voila! 6 rods stay secure even when going 35 mph.
