Running light bulb replacement

Does anyone have a suggestion for replacement of the red and green running light bulbs on 2003 18' Bennington? Farthest starbord screw comes out without a problem but, the other one's bolt is out of sight, deep behind the marine plywood flooring. Can't get to that one in order to remove the light and replace the bulb.

Can't say for sure, but usually the lens pops off to get to the bulb. Try a small pocket screwdriver and see if it will come off?

Mine were through bolted on our 04'. I got tired of changing bulbs every year and finally invested in new LED's. Problem solved.
