Sirius does charge $3.50/month to add Internet streaming to their standard packages so it's not free unless you already subscribe to the feature. You can also subscribe to an Internet only service for $14.50/month but I think Spotify is a better choice for music at $10 although if you want Sports channels then Sirius would be the way to go...!
