Update : finally some good news. 
Owner of dealer made some calls himself and pulled some strings and Bennington finally agreed to replace the bow gate seat with a new one and send a piece of carpet to address the scratched flooring I worked with them and suggested they send a piece of carpet to lay down in the area between the front seats where the bow gate would fit rather than replace the flooring and a local carpet shop is going to cut it and sew it to fit so it matches the existing snap out carpet. Dealer said Bennington wants the old seat back to see what the issue was during manufacture process.
They have to build a new one to the boat specs so hopefully it shows up looking like it should be on a Bennington. As far as replacing the playpen cover which the stitching is coming unraveled in several spots they have sent 2 to the dealer and both were too short so still waiting on that, hopefully don't have same issue with the bow gate seat.
