Hello, I have a continuous problem that reoccurs each summer. I am looking for ideas to replace a weak design. I want to replace the seat cable that prevents the front seat from over extending the hinge on the seat. The thin wires shear off at the eyelet every time from metal fatigue. I can find 1/8” SS Cable but not the SS Eyelets that need to be crimped on each end. Does anybody have an idea for this fix? Thanks

Google stainless steel CRIMP rings. You’ll find em. Maybe put shrink wrap over crimp for a factory look.

Timhelta, thanks, I should have added a picture of the crimp on piece I need, it’s a different piece, but thanks for your help.

Jeff, I was the one ‍ who screwed up, look for stainless steel crimp EYELETS.
