Has anyone tried or had any luck with mounting a MinnKota Talon or a Powerpole on a Benny?
I'm looking at a 22SFX. Our harbor is relatively shallow, and either type is very popular here. I'm just not sure if there's room to mount one on the stern.

I want my dual PP’s mounted using the engine mount brackets, but Power Pole instructed the dealer to use the other brackets that mount behind the pontoons. Too much splash coming down the tunnel and would cause a lot of drag. Only bummer is I need to take the swim ladder off, but no one is swimming where I’m going fishing.

Boat build in progress. Good luck!

One of my friends put the Talon on his using the folding bracket so it would fit under the canopy on his lift.
Portside rear door has to remain open when in folded position.
He loves the Talon by the way.

I love my 12' Talon. Most of Charlotte Harbor is shallower than that, so it works most places. I'm going to move it from my PathFinder. My lift cover is high enough that I wont need the folding bracket. I'd love to see a picture of where he mounted it on his boat.
Thanks

It'll be a month or so before he gets it out of storage.
