Got my slip assignment today... A-36, six slips from the end of the dock facing east. Should be a good little slip for a first time pontoon owner. I wanted the other side closer to the sea wall since the lane is twice as wide, but there is a waiting list for that side... and I am low on the totem pole. If you remember from my previous posts, someone can only get a slip on my lake by purchasing a new boat from the dealer/marina. So, I am quite happy to have one! C'mon April 24!

Still surprised there are left in I would think the ice would move and damage them

Floating docks are removed here too .

Our association docks are floating docks due to the changing water level. Our lake is actually a reservoir designed to eliminate the Hudson River from flooding the cities downstream including Albany. When they start dropping the water level late summer we push the docks out every Sunday morning.
