Smelly seagrass floor

I wonder if it has less to do with the vinyl itself and more with the mastic. In any event this is one more reason to buy a Bennington, customer experience is important to them.

I have Seagrass in my 2018 and never noticed any kind of smell. To be honest this is the first year i actully cleaned the floor and I did it with lake water and a Worx pressure washer.
 
did anyone find a replacement email for Neil? or just send to general mailbox?
