Does the USB input on the M6 CD player charge as well as play music through an iphone?

Yes, it does charge if it is connected by a good quality sync cord. The USB does not support a hub, however.

And make sure you buy a QUALITY sync cable, it sometimes will not recognize China Cheapos ..... (at least the iPhone won't)
