I want to say there was some discussion in a speaker system thread last year that touched on something like what you are describing. I want to say there were a few owners having this issue, or a similar one, and some sort of adjustment in some setting(s) resolved it.
I don’t know the deets as I don’t have that stereo and speaker system and thus I didn’t dial into the discussion. So in addition to following up with dealer, maybe do a search (upper right corner search box) and see if you can track down the thread I am referencing.
