Starboard bow light is loose and there is no way to access it to tighten it...

It varies by year and model. At the very least, provide yours. A pic above and below deck would really help.
 
First thought is that would certainly be covered by warranty. But if you need to address it yourself, I understand. Maybe you can't access the fasteners because the boat has underskin. Bennington calls this wave shield (I think). Do you have that option? If yes, it may need to be removed in that section to tighten the light housing.
