STEERING WHEEL REPLCEMENT

I have a 2014 tooner. I need to replace steering wheel padding is sticky and can’t remove to paracord wrap. Underneath is only thin metal piece not a round stainless steel wheel. Don’t want to get from dealer anyone replaced theirs?
