I'm at my wits end trying to remove an engine side cover bolt that the hex stripped out in in my F 200 on the oil change plug side. It is the highest bolt and tight to access. I tried drilling into it and using an easy out but cannot get any easy out to bite in it... of course I have a bell mouthed 1/8 hole in it now. I have used PB Blaster on it to no avail. Kinda backed myself in a corner now and hate to take it to the dealer for something relatively simple.... Does anyone have any better ideas or tools? Just pretty frustrated at the moment..... Thank you.....

Im not trying to be a wise guy ,but have you searched it on YouTube? It has helped me with some odd things in the past .

Just a thought: I have used a Dremel with cutting wheel to make a slot for screw driver. Another option is pointed vice grip if you have enough left to get a bite on it.

A couple links below for screw extractors I have used in aviation maintenance with good success, be sure to the hole diameter is correct and deep enough.
I use an T-handle tap wrench to drive for the type that Aircraft Spruce carries, and a 1/4 inch drive ratchet for the ones available on Amazon.
