Table Pedestal Repair

Over the years our table pedestal base has come loose and the screw holes have stripped out of the deck, Any ideas on best way to repair? Thanks

I would use wood toothpicks and some waterproof glue/epoxy. Jam a few picks in, cut off at surface, couple drops of glue/epoxy. Screw base back on, let dry/setup. Done.

Wood glue or epoxy a golf tee in the hole

Remove the screws, rotate base slightly, reinstall screws into good section of plywood OR replace with stainless bolts/nylock nuts and washers.
