If you want the Bennington one you would need to go through a dealer. If not, I will leave it to others that might have some good sources for after market type ones.
 
The ladder under my 2008 I/O is a Windline. You can go to the company web site and order. Somebody posted last week about a 4 step ladder conversion to the original mount.
