That was not filmed in Texas...

I can't think of a lake here big enough to justify that. The biggest lake (Sam Rayburn reservoir) is so tree-infested they have channel markers.

This must be intended for coastal use.

That looks like some sort of coastal patrol style boat. Cannot imagine it would be used for inland lakes. If so, they may want to reevaluate what they are spending money on. lol
