Cool videos Jack, what do they call those little boats?

The drones takes some really cool shots, I know a few of the guys were pretty excited about getting a drone.  Smitty, I thought you bought one, how about giving us a look at what you've done

OK, I've been through that clamshell lock. You don't just roar thru. What's the deal about that?

Also, the swing bridge at Alanson. Do they just close the road for the race? I don't remember roaring thru that, either!

They open both sides of the locks and they close the road and leave the swing bridge open .

From the M 68 bridge ( where I took the videos ) to the locks, is "supposed " to be a no race zone. They were racing .

That swing bridge can be a pain if you have to wait and it is windy

In case others want to know what we are referring to .

Mark,

I did, but have not had time to fly. The expensive one I have, has had too many software issues (with other people) to trust flying it over the lake.

Too many fly aways and lots of them over (and into) the water. I hope to fly this fall.
